How To Fix Disney Plus Login Button not Working?
When a user visits the Disney Plus website and taps on the login button, nothing occurs (no error code is shown either). The issue has been reported to affect practically all browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Both forms of connectivity, namely mobile data or Wi-Fi, are impacted. Furthermore, this problem is not restricted to a single country. In rare situations, the user may only see a portion of the login screen, or the login button may be greyed out.
Solution 1: Go to the page’s Sign-Up button and then sign in to the Disney + site
The issue might be a transient browser or site bug. By selecting the sign-up link and afterwards logging in to the site, the problem can be resolved.
Open a web browser and navigate to DisneyPlus.com/begin.
Then, just on the login screen, scroll down to locate a sign-up link for the service.
Now, click the Sign-up Now button, followed by the Login button, to see if the problem has been fixed.
Solution 2: Turn off browser extensions
Browser plugins are used to enhance the browser’s capabilities. However, if a browser extension interferes with the functionality of the computer or the site, you may encounter the error in question. Disabling the troublesome module may solve the problem in this case. VPNs and ad blocker extensions (names like uBlock Origin, Ghostery, and Stands are abbreviations) have been known to cause this problem.
To be clear, we will walk you through the procedure for the Chrome browser because it is nearly difficult to cover other browsers. Furthermore, some computers have built-in content filtering technology (for example, Shields in the Web), so check that any such function does not interfere with the functioning of the Disney + website.
Launch the Chrome web browser and click the Extensions button in the upper right corner of the window.
Toggle the Developer Mode switch to the On setting after clicking Manage Extensions.
Now, click the Update button to see if the problem has been addressed.
If the affected application is an adblocker extension, disable the Disney Plus website in the settings of the ad blocking extension. We will show you how to use the uBlock native Browser extension.
Open the Browser and navigate to the Disney + website.
Now, tap on the uBlock Origin icon, followed by the blue Power button, to disable uBlock Origins for the site.
Then, see if you can access the Disney Plus website; if not, leave uBlock Origin blocked until the issue is fixed.
Solution 3: Turn off your system’s VPN client
VPNs are being used to circumvent ISP limitations while also protecting user privacy. However, because Disney+ has blacklisted practically all IPs suspected of being VPN-related (you can test lesser known/used VPNs), the problem may be the consequence of using the VPN client. Disabling the Vpn connection may resolve the problem in this scenario.
Start your system’s VPN client.
Now, click the Disable/Disconnect option to see if the login problem has been addressed.
Solution 4: Use your browser’s Incognito or In-Private mode.
Almost all current browsers include an anonymous or private mode, in which the computer establishes a separate session for the user from the regular browser session and user data. You may see an error if any element of the browser or the primary session of user data interferes with the function of the Disney + site. In this scenario, using incognito or secret mode to view the site may resolve the login problem.
Open a web browser and switch to incognito or private state.
Now see whether you can access the website. If this is the case, attempt to identify the faulty browser configuration or feature that is causing the issue. If you can’t discover the incorrect settings, utilise your browser’s incognito/private state or reset your computer to the default while visiting the Disney + site.
